Refund Policy

The short version

You try TradeDraft free for 14 days with no card. You only ever pay after deciding to keep it, so paid time isn't refunded, but you can cancel any renewal at any time.

TradeDraft: 14-day free trial

TradeDraft starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't enter any card details to start the trial, so nothing is charged during it. If it's not for you, simply stop using it when the trial ends. You'll never be billed, so there's nothing to refund.

Paid subscriptions

When your trial ends you can subscribe, at £29 per month or £290 per year, paid securely via Stripe. Because you only pay once you've already tried the product, paid periods are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account: cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for unused time. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, and the 14-day free trial covers both.

Document templates

Our document templates are instant digital downloads. Checkout and card payment are handled by Payhip, our checkout provider and merchant of record. Because these are files you download straight away, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital downloads ends once your download begins, and once a file has been downloaded it can't be returned, so these purchases are non-refundable. The checkout total includes any VAT Payhip is required to charge for your location. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us and we'll put it right or refund you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. If you're a consumer buying online, the law gives you 14 days to change your mind. (For digital services and downloads that start straight away, you can agree to waive that. We'll always tell you clearly when that's the case.) Wherever that legal right applies, it beats anything written above.
