Same work, same prices, your details. Built into a complete quotation: the schedule of works, the exclusions and assumptions as numbered clauses, the payment terms, and the VAT or CIS treatment that job calls for.

One reply, with your rebuild in it, exactly as your customer would receive it. What you do with it is yours to decide. There is no follow-up call, because you were never asked for a phone number.
