Your 30-day trial includes sending, downloading and online acceptance, so you can run a real job through from start to finish before you pay a penny.
Flat price: one plan for the whole business. Take someone on and the price doesn't change — never per user, never per van.
We're not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT to add. If that changes we'll tell you before it affects your bill.

What happens to my quotes if I cancel?

They don't vanish. You can still sign in and read them; sending and downloading pause until you subscribe again. Quotes your customer accepted, and invoices that were paid, are kept as a record of the agreement for six years.

Is the data mine?

Yours. Stored in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, and locked to your account so no other user can see it. Export the lot, or delete the account, whenever you like.

Do you ever touch my money?

No. A deposit or an invoice your customer pays goes straight into your own account. The processing fee is Stripe's and goes to Stripe — we add nothing on top, and we never take a cut of your job.
